We absolutely DO NOT stop for 'Cigarette' breaks, because we absolutely DO NOT allow any kind of smoking on our tours. PERIOD... EVER!

HERE'S WHY :: We are a Backcountry Jeep Tour company. We operate all of our tours in extreme rural areas, most of which DO NOT have any Fire Departments or any capability to put out a fire caused by some careless, non-respective, smoker throwing out a lit cigarette butt. Throwing trash of any kind out the window is not only environmentally irresponsible, it is LITTERING and is against the law! We will NOT TOLERATE ANY THROWING, OF ANYTHING, OUT WINDOWS, OR ANYWHERE ELSE! WE PRACTICE 'LEAVE NO TRACE' environmental ethics, and strongly encourage all of our customers to do the same! We pack-it-in, we pack-it-out! This ethic is shared by our friends at the US Forest Service and Bureau of Land Management (BLM) and we respect, and agree with, the management policies put-in-place by these agencies. LEAVE NO TRACE. WE DO NOT DEVIATE FROM ESTABLISHED, DESIGNATED ROUTES. Many of our tours operate by permission on privately owned lands. And at the request, and supported mandate of these property owners, we NEVER allow any kind of littering or smoking any where, any place, any time ever! We respect the rights of our private property owners. WE WILL NOT TOLERATE VIOLATIONS OF OUR POLICIES FOR ANY REASON WHAT-SO-EVER! THOSE VIOLATING OUR POLICY WILL RECIEVE NO SECOND CHANCE AT REDEMPTION, AND WILL HAVE THEIR TOUR HALTED, AND WILL BE RETURNED IMMEDATELY TO THEIR PICK-UP LOCATION. WE WILL NOT REFUND ANY PART OF A TOUR HALTED DUE TO POLICY INFRACTIONS... PERIOD! IF YOU HAVE TO SMOKE, AND HAVE TO LITTER, THEN YOU SHOULD NEVER EVEN THINK OF BOOKING A TOUR WITH US! DO NOT TRY US ON THIS POLICY! YOU WILL LOSE! COME AND ENJOY OUR CLEAN, PURE UN-SPOILED MONTANA MOUNTAIN AIR! Smoking is absolutely destructive to public health, environment, and society in general, and we reserve the right to refuse our services!
